What kind of a monster am I?
Your cat has a dingle. Do you:
a) remove said dingle despite the cat cringing and trying to run away when you do so?
b) leave well alone till the cat disposes of the dingle in its own sweet time onto your keyboard, kitchen table, sofa, rental carpet or other unsuitable place?

oh I did, but I feel sort of guilty about it like I'm being over fastidious at the expense of Rosa's well being
and since when has Rosa ever been overly fastidious with regards to you?
exactly.
having one's dingles yanked is part of life for a cat.
